Released for the Game Boy Advance in 2002, Barbie Software: Groovy Games is a sports game developed by Dice and published by Vivendi Universal Games.

It came out in the GBA's second year on the market. Other notable GBA releases from 2002 include Sonic Advance 2, Metroid Fusion and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Four Swords.

It is part of the Barbie series; on the GBA you can also try Barbie Horse Adventures: Blue Ribbon Race, Barbie as the Island Princess and Secret Agent Barbie. The series also appears on other systems with Barbie (NES) and Barbie: Super Model (SNES). Dice also made Sega Rally Championship and Polly Pocket!: Super Splash Island for the GBA.
